If I could rate the Brandon service department a zero I would. The service employees are rude and most unhelpful! I have been dealing with them for years since I moved to Brandon from Lutz. This dealership tried to get me to spend money on repairs not needed. I was quoted an outrageous price for repair service and took my VW to a credited Foreign auto body shop.
