Although it took a little longer than I’d like and the waiting area was a little compact- the service was good. Brandon VW performed a warranty repair for me a few months ago and within a week the problem returned. I brought it back in and they stated they needed to order a part and would call me when it arrived months ago and within a week the problem returned. I brought it back in and they stated they needed to order a part and would call me when it arrived. One and a half weeks later, I hadn't received a call so I called to inquire. First, they put me on hold for upwards of 30 minutes until I hung up and called back. When I called back, they were very rude and condescending about me trying to schedule an appointment and about the fact that they had not called me about the part arriving. Instead of taking the five seconds it takes to schedule my appointment, they insisted I do so myself online. The trouble with that is the online system requires you tell them what the repair is and because no one at Brandon VW service department communicates with their customers, I had no idea what the repair was. When I finally brought the vehicle back for the repair, they told me they would have it done within the day. They then called me to notify me that they would have to keep the vehicle for a few more days. I inquired on a loaner vehicle or a rental car and they basically laughed in my face and told me I am out of luck, despite the sales retention manager telling me they had such program. All in all, the service at this dealership is awful. They can't get the repairs right, they don't communicate, and when you call with questions they are rude, condescending and patronizing and are totally okay with telling you to to spend your own money on a rental car when the repair is a warranty repair due to poor prior service. I will never visit this dealership or shop ever again. Very unprofessional. More
My wife and I were pleased with the sales portion of the deal. I dealt with Chris Stevens via internet and text in our initial contact. After going back and forth I made an appointment with Chris the next day. When we got there Juan greeted us and was willing to help because Chris was with another customer. I thought that was kinda crappy considering we had an appointment set up. Anyway when Juan saw the correspondence with Chris and I he was going to leave us wait for Chris. He offered while we were waiting to get a vehicle we were looking at so we could check it out. After Juan heard we were trying to lease, he took the deal over since he was the dealers lease expert. Juan was Exceptional. Very honest, very upfront, and willing to help us save money through the deal. Didn’t try to nickel and dime us. He actually suggested we save our down payment because it wouldn’t help anyway. Finance is where they lose a star. Initially everything was great and friendly. Process was smooth, but then I started getting hounded repeatedly about the “extended protection” and it got annoying. I listened, and declined. It should have been a simple, “Are you sure?”, but it was more of almost borderline insulting. He asked is I protected any of my cars, then pointed out that I protect my phone because I have a case on it. Sorry, I don’t hold my car in my sweaty hands and drop it and crack the windshield. I could tell, very subtle his attitude and voice tone changed a bit after that. He was still friendly and courteous, though. Take the extended care harassment out of it and it would have been a five star experience. Ask for Juan, especially if you’re even remotely thinking about a lease. More

As promised, Austin text me with an itemized list of what the prices were for each item we discussed. I text him back with my choices and also with a request from me to possibly have all work completed by 3 PM that day. Austin text back that he'd tell technician about my request and he saw no problem getting it done. A few hours prior to me picking up vehicle, Austin called to inform me vehicle was ready. Picking up vehicle went smooth with a detailed explanation by Austin for all work done. Austin was professional and left decisions to do work up to me without any pressure. Will highly recommend Austin and will call him for next service appointment. More
