Chirag, the Service Manager, has been exceptional. Every time I interact with him, I feel like I’m being taken back to a time when Volkswagen’s customer service was one of the biggest reasons I remain Every time I interact with him, I feel like I’m being taken back to a time when Volkswagen’s customer service was one of the biggest reasons I remained so loyal to the brand since 2013. It’s rare to encounter that level of genuine customer service these days. The last experience I had that came close to this was between 2015–2016. Chirag has reminded me of what outstanding Volkswagen customer service used to feel like, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me with patience, knowledge, and honesty as a customer. I can only recommend that if you feel like you aren't being taken care of, that you reach out to Chirag and Paul, the General Manager. They will take care of you! More
