He was even able to get us in a sport model of the Jetta family which was better than the one I had even asked for. We were sold the minute he sent us a video of the exact car we were buying. Lenny made us feel like we were dealing with an old friend. He was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. The dealership gave us a great offer on our trade-in sight unseen. Our daughter drove an hour and a half from her home in Florida to pick up her first new car the very same day. I took my car in for an alignment. I was told it was done. When I asked for a copy they can't give a color copy because they don't have a color copier. When I asked to see the paper w I was told it was done. When I asked for a copy they can't give a color copy because they don't have a color copier.
