The service department at Brandon Volkswagen is an absolute joke, they are literally the worst service team I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The point of going to Volkswagen and overpaying f absolute joke, they are literally the worst service team I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The point of going to Volkswagen and overpaying for service is because they are supposed to be trained, master technicians to work on Volkswagens. These guys are quite the opposite. I found the car I was interested in on AutoTrader. The dealership is in Tampa and I am in Orlando. Chris went OUT of his way to take a video of the car, pointing out all the features and answering all my dealership is in Tampa and I am in Orlando.
