It was the most pleasant buying experience that we have ever had. The back of the house could use improvements, as they handed over the car without gas and it still had the previous owners stuff in it. More

I opted to wait at the dealership and I was in and out in just under 2 hours, from start to finish. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, and my Service Advisor, Brian Vega was very helpful and communicative. I received text updates on my phone while waiting. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. My car was washed and looked beautiful. The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Brandon Volkswagon! More

Lenny Martinez was the most hardworking sales individual we have run across in a long time. Lenny went above and beyond to make our deal happen 2 days before Christmas and he couldn't have more polite or fr we have run across in a long time. Lenny went above and beyond to make our deal happen 2 days before Christmas and he couldn't have more polite or friendly during the complete process. But this is where it stops!!! We left that evening with no paperwork because Harris in Finance couldn't print a new page(s) as a result he asked if we could give him a couple of days and then email us e-docs to sign. We waited and waited and then we called! That's right not Harris but us. Poor Customer Service. Harris then verified our emails and said he would send them over that morning. Nope! Not even that day, Harris did his job that night then wiped his hands of the deal. A few days later I get Joshua and explained to him what is going on and he assured me he would send me the corrected paperwork in the mail. Lets add this was Jan1, 2021 and our trade-in still wasn't paid off by Brandon VW. I provided them with the complete information of the lien holder of the trade-in. Joshua did send me paperwork in the mail but it was no more than poor photo copies of the paperwork Harris in Finance did not want to use that night (Dec 23, 2020). Joshua also said to please give him until Monday / Tuesday Jan 4/5 2021 to send me a photocopy of the check they sent to the Lien Holder of our Trade-in. Well here we are Thursday January 7, 2021 and nothing and my Lien holder is still not paid off. This is a vehicle that we are still liable for until they do so. Today Thursday Jan 7, 2021 I called looking for Joshua and he was off but got my salesman Lenny and he said he would look into what's going on with the pay off. He said the General Manager Hugh Palmer is aware of this but still no call from Mr. Palmer to explain what is going on. Well I have a question for the General Manager Hugh Palmer, why do we have to call your associates in Brandon? Why are they not calling us back? Why have you not paid off our trade-in yet? Why are we not getting answers? The deal happened quickly but after that your Brandon Dealership has left my wife in I in the dark when it comes to getting answers. All we ask for is to have the trade-in paid off. Mr. Palmer I was told your involved but never got a call to explain what's going on. Not good. Poor Customer Service for a first time customer.
