Definitely did not have a good experience i’m not understanding why I spent $170 when nothing was done to my car. I was told the diagnostic fee was $140 or the deductible was $100, I went to you guys understanding why I spent $170 when nothing was done to my car. I dropped my car off at 10am and it took two technicians all day to figure out that my tires were messed up so that was the reason for the shaking. If I knew something was wrong with my tires, I could’ve just went somewhere else completely and got my tire replaced immediately for a lot cheaper with a reasonable labor fee. Not to mention no one seemed to know what was going on with my car or how much everything was going to cost, I kept getting told I’ll get a call back or no one would answer the phone. Overall, I had a very unorganized and frustrating experience. More
