People were polite but service was untimely and communication was pretty bad. Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation at 8:30 am was told it would take 1.5 hrs, I waited until 12:30 where communication was pretty bad. Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation at 8:30 am was told it would take 1.5 hrs, I waited until 12:30 where I had to call and ask if my car was done. They called me back after 15 minutes sayin my car was done and ready for pick up. I show up around 1 pm just for them to tell me the car still needed to have its tires rotated. More

Very good at drop off on Thursday for a 10 am appointment Friday. Unfortunately nobody called and I had to call twice after 4 pm Friday. On my second call at 4:30 I finally got through and work was completed Friday. Unfortunately nobody called and I had to call twice after 4 pm Friday. On my second call at 4:30 I finally got through and work was completed. Too late for me to pick up. No big deal and we picked up Saturday. Price was good. Sounded like they had a very busy day but I expected better communication No other complaints More

My experience with VW Brandon was all good. It was nice to have Vitalii recognize me and greet me while my 2025 Jetta Sport was being serviced.
