We had a great experience in trading in our Jetta lease and upgrading to a Taos. Rich was excellent in making sure we stayed at the agreed-upon price and threw in some swag bags to seal the deal. The experience with VW Brandon was great--we NEVER got any pressure/attitude from Vitalii, which is rare when dealing with a car salesman!
