I'm really sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience at our dealership. But, I also feel that your review is very unfair. Anyone reading your review is probably aware that there are two sides to every story. I'd like to explain. The day you were in our store we, and several businesses around us, were experiencing some serious internet issues. It wasn't that the salesperson didn't know our web address, but due to the slow internet that day our website and many other websites would not load correctly. It didn't matter which website we tried to go to, none of them would load. The salesperson who was trying to help you has been with us for several years. I assure you he knows our web address. Believe me, it was very frustrating for us too. In regards to your other comments, for me to respond here wouldn't really serve any purpose. Let me close by saying this: Vogler is not a perfect dealership. We make mistakes. We don't earn every single customer's business that shops with us. Sometimes things don't work out and it works out better for some customers at a different store. There are lots of reasons why these things happen. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you here. But, I'm happy that you still decided on a Ford Truck and glad you found someone you could work with.

Sorry not true. Just to be clear, when I talked to him about what Vogler's web site was advertising he was unaware of what I was saying, when he tried to navigate the website he had no clue! I actually used his computer and mouse at his desk to navigate website to show him what I was saying was true. Had nothing to do with internet. SORRY> But hey your right you cant win them all, you have to stay competitive with the competition.
