Time to look for another dealer I have an E Class and an 2015 ML - which was recently serviced at the dealer. I used to love the dealership, until they changed the way they schedule I have an E Class and an 2015 ML - which was recently serviced at the dealer. I used to love the dealership, until they changed the way they schedule service. I don't get to talk with an advisor... I talk with a scheduler who doesn't know me. At my last service work wasn't done that I paid for & the car wasn't ready when promised. They are concerned about the review that customers give to Mercedes, but they should be more concerned with great service. More

They were courteous and respectful at all times throughout the process. The salesman spent a great deal of time helping me understand all components of the 2015 ML350 I purchased. Great experience!! Horrible Experience! I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership! I was lied to, quoted different prices and left hanging without a vehicle. I am extremely irate at the level of service that I received from this dealership. I was in a rental vehicle as I totaled my previous vehicle and the called this dealership looking for a brand new Mer received from this dealership. I was in a rental vehicle as I totaled my previous vehicle and the called this dealership looking for a brand new Mercedes SUV, they did not have one in stock, and told me they would search and get back to me. I also went elsewhere to look and found one at Herb Chambers and gave them a deposit for it until I heard back from Viti, as the one Herb had was white. the one I wanted was Black, and to my surprise Viti was willing to go get it from VT for me, therefore I decided to stay with Viti. again I was in a rental vehicle paying $75 a day while waiting. I was then informed it would be available in 7 days, I was told how much I needed and then went and got a certified check for the SUV. Gave them the funds and they again had me wait, to my total shock they called me the next day and said they found out I had a placed a deposit at herb Chambers and therefore did not want to deal with me, and decided NoT to sell me a vehicle. after all the time I wasted and money on a rental, they are a completely unacceptable dealership that treated me like I was a criminal stating I was some shipper and basically not fit for them to do business with. it cost me nearly a $1000 just in rental coverage and time, not to speak of the aggravation. Everyone should stay clear of this dealership, since when should anyone be treated like this after giving them my hard earned money. I have still not even got my deposit back from them either.m I had a complaint in with the AG's office as well. You all should go buy from Inskip, at least they treat you with respect. More
