My last service visit was for a nail in one of my tires. Viti pulled the nail and verified that it had not actually fully punctured the tire. They washed and vacuumed the car and topped up all of the fluids. There was no charge for the service. Amazing dealership providing amazing service! More

My 2024 E350 notified me that I was due for Service A. I called Viti and got an appointment for the service. They offered to pick up my car at home. I chose to drop it off as I would be driving by their l I called Viti and got an appointment for the service. They offered to pick up my car at home. I chose to drop it off as I would be driving by their location on that day. They took my car in and had a loaner car waiting for me. Later on that same day, they called me to say that the service was complete. This time, I accepted their offer to drop my car off at my home. They came at the time they said, swapped cars, and the job was finished. It could not have been more convenient for me. More
