He was concerned that our long-time loyalty to Vista Ford not be marred by this bad experience. More
Jack's the best I brought my 2018 Super Duty in for a check engine light issue and Jack immediately got the vehicle in and found that a $3500 filter was to blame. The dealership is GREAT The dealership service is fantastic and goes above and beyond. The problem is FORD and getting parts. My car was there for over 3 weeks waiting for FO The dealership service is fantastic and goes above and beyond. The problem is FORD and getting parts. My car was there for over 3 weeks waiting for FORD to deliver the part. The Service Manger and Service Writer went out and found the Transmission I needed through a dealer and NOT FORD. When my vehicle was completed FORD still did not have an ETA on the part. Thank you Vista Ford for going above and beyond to resolve my transmission replacement. I will say after everything was said and done, FORD did help with the cost of the part under their Customer Loyalty Program but this is the 3rd time that the dealership had to wait for parts. During this wait for parts I incur rental car charges as the dealership only pays for rentals for Warranty work More

They found a way to make a bad situation GOOD I purchased a 2018 Lincoln Navigator. I absolutely LOVE car. Unfortunately, the Power Control Panel was defective and prohibited me from driving th I purchased a 2018 Lincoln Navigator. I absolutely LOVE car. Unfortunately, the Power Control Panel was defective and prohibited me from driving the vehicle safely. The part was on backorder with a date that was not available. I was furious as this is a BRAND NEW CAR. Jeff & Richard, in the service department, worked to find the part as quickly as possibly. It took a few weeks but they were in constant communication with me so I was aware of the struggles & issues retrieving the part. In the end, they found the ONLY part in the country and my car was fixed!! Their communication back and forth was truly exceptionally and would make me come back to Vista Ford in the future More

I arrived at 9am and as he promised, I drove home in about an hour. I appreciate when a person honors their commitment. The waiting area was comfortable and staff was friendly.
