I do my online homework before I shop, When I look for a new car or truck, I know what I want, and what it is worth. Vista has always exceeded my expectations in value and what they had to offer in the way of vehicles. I take my truck to them for service, even though it is further away than another Ford dealer. Their service managers are very polite an straight forward. I needed a spare key, and was in another part of town, so I stopped in to a dealer there and bought the key from the parts department. It needed to be programmed. Their service dept. said it would take two hours and cost me $200. I couldn't wait, so I left and a week later happened to be near Vista, so I pulled in. One of Vista's service writers programmed the key in about 10 seconds for no charge! That's the type of honesty and service I am talking about! More
