Great Dealership, not fond of the service person I get stuck I really like this dealership, but somehow I get stuck with the same service person and I just do not click with him. He seems fine with my husband b I really like this dealership, but somehow I get stuck with the same service person and I just do not click with him. He seems fine with my husband but always seems to be very condescending to me. We paid extra for the maintenance coverage when we purchased this vehicle less than two years ago. We bring it in regularly. This last maintenance we had, I was told the front tires need to be replaced and the back are ok. This seems odd to me, the tires were new when we purchased the vehicle and we bring in for regular maintenance, how are less than two year old tires needing to be replaced?? Are the tires not rotated when the service is done??? Shouldn't there be even wear? This has bothered me. Like I said, everyone else seems very nice, the parts person was amazing when I was trying to fix our mat that was broken, again the service guy totally brushed me off when I asked about it. Everyone else I have dealt with at this dealership has been super helpful and nice. I definitely need a new service person and to question the maintenance program and the fact that less than two year old tires need to be replaced. Unfortunately the 3 stars is based on these two issues. Other than that, I would give 5 stars. More

The worst customer service I had. 10:00 appointment. I pull up and no one helps me. 15 minutes go by and finally a guy say, o do you need help. That’s exactly what happened last I had. 10:00 appointment. I pull up and no one helps me. 15 minutes go by and finally a guy say, o do you need help. That’s exactly what happened last time as well. I told the other office I needed a shuttle. They said ten minutes. I went back after ten minutes and they said o he just left sorry. He’ll be right back. 1hr later I finally get home. Picking up my truck took another 30 minutes. The other dealers use lift or Uber. I hate coming to vista. Next time I’ll buy a Chevy pick up because the service hear is the worst. The biggest mistake was moving the writers inside. They sit on their xxx and won’t come out to help you. I went inside and EVERYONE ignored me. So I went back to my truck to see how long it will take to get help. 15 minutes. Buying my truck was a breeze. The money is made in service. I would love to tell the sales manager that after the purchase we deal with service. I will never buy another vehicle from vista because dealing with the service department is too frustrating and time consuming. When I go to Rusnak Porsche I get a loaner. Fix the LAZY service department. More

I was not pressured during the whole negotiating process and it went according on my pace. After shaking hands and smiles, whoa the paperwork process was the fastest ever(gone thru the paperwork more than a few times in my previous cars). Overall, it was truly an amazing experience for me at Woodland Hills Vista Ford. More
