I stood out there for some time and then returned to the service desk! I told them to bring my car to the handicapped parking as I am 82 and cannot stand for a long time! When my car was delivered to me I mentioned to the guy that they hadn’t washed my car??? He said they didn’t tell him to?? I having been buying and servicing my car at Vista Ford for over 20 years and they have always washed my car before returning it to me! The sticker on the window was not updated to inform me of when the next service is due? Not a great morning‼️‼️ More

My A/C was never very cold. ..but cold enough the ambient weather that we live in. If the weather reached well above 90 degrees, we never felt it was cold enough, so I took it t ..but cold enough the ambient weather that we live in. After 2 weeks of not hearing back from them, I called to find out what had happened and they stated that the compressor was "about to go out." They stated it would cost $2,000.00 to have it replaced. I told them that right now was not a good time for me to be spending that much money when we've been okay for the last 5 years with it as it's been. So I came in to get my vehicle and they gave it to me super dirty from the outside and now as I drove off from the service lot, my A/C does not work at all. It blows warm air!!! I paid them $117.00 for the diagnosis and now my A/C doesn't even work! It worked before, maybe not as ideally as I would have wanted it to in extremely hot weather, but it worked well enough. Now it doesn't. Shame on my to believe that Vista Ford from Oxnard was trustworthy and reliable. The Service Manager told me that it's not their fault that my vehicle parts aren't working properly and that he took offense that I claim that it stopped working when their technician worked on my vehicle. I guess we are supposed to believe that after my A/C has worked consistently after 5 years, and I decide to have it checked out of a whim, all of a sudden, my compressor goes out!!?? Absolutely ridiculous! Don't take your car to be serviced here, unless you want less than sub par service. Plain and simple, don't get ripped off!!!! More

Very unhappy with the service department and how unprofessional they are on the providing customers service. My car has been in for repairs 3 times for the issue and unfortunately it still cannot be unprofessional they are on the providing customers service. My car has been in for repairs 3 times for the issue and unfortunately it still cannot be fixed it’s ridiculous and a waste of time, even after having the car all day at the shop they notified me after 4pm that they were unable to fix it because of more issues.
