Purchasing my 2019 Audi, in 2020 was one of the greatest experiences I’ve had, especially during such a pivotal time in my life. I came into this process carrying the weight of life’s ebbs and flows, obstacles, and hurdles that seemed impossible to overcome. I was at a low point—feeling lied to, defeated, and struggling to find my worth after facing so many challenges. I explained my situation to Mike, and he treated me with compassion, understanding, and respect. This car became more than just a vehicle to me. It’s a reminder that, despite how others perceive me or the hardships I face, I am capable. Even when jobs fail me or circumstances knock me down, I can look at my car and say, I earned this. It’s mine, and no one can take that away. Thank you, Mike, for making this moment possible. Though I’m currently unemployed and unsure if I’ll ever be able to make such a big purchase again, I will never forget how seamless, personal, and meaningful this experience was. At Vision, the staff get to know you personally. I've been going through chemotherapy, and they've been wonderful to me. Time estimate for repairs are accurate within a 30 minute window. Did not buy it from Webster, I bought it on west Henrietta rd. They charged me extra for recertification, sales persons fault , not mentioning in advance, so I could just go to Webster and buy it th Henrietta rd. My granddaughter has used this dealership often for body work and mechanical problems. I find them very efficient with repairs. My only complaint is when I call service department I never get anything but work and mechanical problems. I find them very efficient with repairs. My only complaint is when I call service department I never get anything but an answering machine. Often I have to leave several messages to get a call back. I have never been disappointed with the work itself however. Quite the contrary. Good work done! More
