Vison Jeep is full of crooks!! This dealership has been the worst experience of my life! Stay away at all cost! I bought a used 2012 jeep wrangler there 2 years ago from a sales guy This dealership has been the worst experience of my life! Stay away at all cost! I bought a used 2012 jeep wrangler there 2 years ago from a sales guy Edgar. He was awful as well as the finance people. Edgar told me prices for financing and when we got into the finance guy the numbers were completely different. Almost walked out of the dealership without buying car. The finance guy told me we were arguing over a thousand dollars and to stop being so crazy. Also, the deal was dependent on them fixing the rusted door hinges and fixing a scratch on the hood. I have it in writing signed by Edgar. After 4 months of owning the car and calling multiple times I finally got door hinges put on. The scratch is still not fixed to this day .Not to mention the hinges they put on were from china and rusted terribly in a year. The service department is even worse then the sales side. I went to get a rear axle seal fixed and was quoted 450. When I got to the service garage was charged 800 because they didn’t know about how they had to “break” a part off to get the axle off. Let me remind you it is a jeep dealer and they should know how the xxxx to fix it and what it entails. I argued this overage in price with the service manager and was told I was over reacting and that i’m just “some kid”. They did nothing to reduce the price. I brought my jeep back here regretfully just recently to fix a check engine light coded for a thermostat and also leaking coolant. Was quoted $550 for a thermostat and a new lower radiator hose that was leaking. I said no way and picked my car back up. Not to mention I dropped my car off on a Tuesday at 9:30am and didn’t get a call from them until Wednesday at 9:30am regarding my car. I told them no way and picked up my car later that same day they called. They then charged me a 115 dollar diagnostic fee for “finding” my problems. I brought my car to a little repair shop in East Rochester the guy by the name of “Sparky”. He told me he would look at my car and fix it. It ended up costing me only $89!! All he did was put a thermostat in (QUOTED 400 at jeep dealer) and re adjusted the clamp on my hose ( didn’t actually need a new hose as the jeep dealer said I did..quoted $160 at dealer) These people at Vision Jeep are all crooks!!! Looking to screw you over. From the sales department to the service department I recommend staying very far away. These people have screwed me over on a lot of money and have treated me with terrible disrespect. Stay away!! More

Quick and easy service I just needed to have a second fob for my Pacifica programmed. I called to set up an appointment, they were very accommodating and offered me multiple I just needed to have a second fob for my Pacifica programmed. Inspection appt Service was great and timely. Only complaint is for Chrysler. My car has 15,000 miles on it and the tires barely pass inspection. Supposedly 40,000 Service was great and timely.
