Lack luster I have used Vision Jeep for several years now because they do all of the recall work on my older jeep. Lately, almost every time that I have had the I have used Vision Jeep for several years now because they do all of the recall work on my older jeep. Lately, almost every time that I have had the vehicle in to them, I need to take it back a second time to have it re-done. I am wondering if the mechanics are rushed or don't have the time to do a good job. I also feel that they are over priced compared to other shops. The counter staff is fairly friendly, the courtesy drivers are great. I just think they do shoddy work behind the scenes. Look around for another place to take your vehicle if you can. More

I purchased my vehicle from them and everything was great. My salesman Joe and the manager Jesse were true professionals. When I went to service for my oil changes and such everyone was kind and great great. My salesman Joe and the manager Jesse were true professionals. When I went to service for my oil changes and such everyone was kind and great. Then Jesse disappeared and Steve went away. The last time I was in for service was not pleasant. I told them that my side door did not operat properly. Angelo wrote it up and walked out with me. He tried the door and told me that he thought it was the half eaten fruit on the floor of my van. I told him that I thought that was nonsense and to have a technician look at it for me. Well, after waiting for 3 hours and watching a soap opera that the owner's mother insisted on having on they came up to me and told me they had to order a part. When I asked them what kind of part Angelo just shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know. A part, ok?" After paying $129.46 for a 'diagnostic' fee i went out to my van and found the door apart and a tool in the van. I walked back in and asked to see the manager. Mauro went behind a door and came back and asked me why. I told him that i had a tool to give him, Mauro disappeared again and said ok give it to him. When i asked why i couldnt see this Ron he said that no one sees Ron. Only the owners. I dropped the tool on the counter and walked out. I will go to another dealer to get my van fixed. Who does this guy, Ron think he is? The Wizared of OZ? More
