People were fine problem is i took the truck in for problem with the 4 wheel drive and two recalls they did recalls and found transfer case and driveshaft needing replacement plus steering stabilizer. problem with the 4 wheel drive and two recalls they did recalls and found transfer case and driveshaft needing replacement plus steering stabilizer. They replaced the stabilizer and ordered the remaining parts so I picked up truck to have while waiting for the parts and noticed a clunking noise in the front end that was not there when I took it in. When the parts came in and brought the truck in for the repair I told the service writer about the front end clunking noise he said they would check it out. Ipicked the truck up they said that they did not know what the noise was. So now I have the truck back with the new parts plus a very nice clunking noise in the front end that will most likely have something break so I will have to go back to you to have fixed . My truck is basically a rolling toolbox that is needed every day to do my job that is why I buy a new truck not used and now I can look forward to further repairs. To put in terms you can understand if someone took away your mechanics toolbox and you work you needed done he would not be able to perform that job so you hire another mechanic that has tools to do it. The original mechanic dose not get paid and he loses the job. These are reasons that I try to never go to a dealership for service every time I have basically the same thing happens until I take a truck to my normal mechanic and he fixes it this stops the cycle of going to a dealer they fix a problem and creat another just to keep you coming back. Worst service i have recieved in the 10 years that i have been a customer. at visions. Came in for having my tires changed (that i supplied) I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited with 22 inch rims which are pow been a customer. at visions. Came in for having my tires changed (that i supplied) I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited with 22 inch rims which are powder coated, and have 2 layers of ceramic coating on them. Previous instance that tires were installed was when I took delivery of the truck. Specifically informed the service manager that i did not want the normal tire installation tool used and that i was requesting the tire mounting tool that does not touch the insides of the rim (which is what was used when i took delivery of the truck) That request was ignored. ALL 4 of my rims (which if purchased new through the dealer are $1250 a piece) have at least 4 sets of indentations where the tire mounting tool pushes against the inside of the rim. management took photos of all 4 rims and stated that he would take it up the chain. it's gone nowhere as expected. To further add insult to injury, the bead sealing material that was used was all over the front of the rims. I expect some to be there, but no attempt to clean it off and make the tire/rim look presentable was taken. Had also stated on the work order that I wanted an alignment done on the vehicle as i had just had new tires installed. Alignment was never performed. I have purchased 4 vehicles through Visions in the past and have taken 6 different vehicles there for service for the past decade. After this last incident, I will never set foot back on the premises. More

I brought my 2017 jeep compass in for some brake work, and when I picked it up the radio wasn't working. They told me they didn't do it and it would cost me over $1000.00.
