It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with anyone in "service" by telephone. I had to get a ride there to speak with anyone about scheduling my broken car! This is not customer service. The work done on the vehicle was fine as always but I had to contact the service department 3 times over the course of a month before anyone got back to me regarding my issue. I felt like I was being ignored to contact the service department 3 times over the course of a month before anyone got back to me regarding my issue. I felt like I was being ignored. Things were fine before the new company took over and fouled things up. (And the choice of radio station in the showroom and waiting area was terrible and too loud!) More
