I had the window regulator fail in my Town and Country that prevented the driver side window from going up and closing. I already had an appointment scheduled for routine maintenance and state inspection that prevented the driver side window from going up and closing. I called the service department and explained my situation and asked if I could bring the vehicle in to at least get the window closed, they said they could not bout would add the problem to my existing appointment. I told them the vehicle was outside and I needed the window closed, they could not do it. I called another dealership, on a Saturday, and they told me to bring the vehicle right in and they would at least get the window closed. Naturally, I took the vehicle there and canceled this appointment. The rating is self-explanatory. More
