Dan is amazing and very positive and friendly. Larry is passive aggressive and talks down to customers. It caused me a lot of anxiety walking in to the service department. Larry was very curt bordering rude. I had to call to get any updates on my vehicle. I was told I'd have it on Tuesday and did not end up getting it on Friday. Fortunately Dan stepped in I had to call to get any updates on my vehicle. I was told I'd have it on Tuesday and did not end up getting it on Friday. Fortunately Dan stepped in and provided amazing service. He saved the experience for me personally by taking ownership of the issue and going above and beyond to make up for the poor experience prior. Dan is definitely an asset to the Mopar family. More

Terrible customer service since the new ownership has taken over. I went in for an oil change and they never informed me they were no longer honoring free oil changes for life - which we were promised w taken over. I went in for an oil change and they never informed me they were no longer honoring free oil changes for life - which we were promised when we bought the vehicle. When I left the lot after the oil change, the engine was making a horrible rattling sound. The technician tried to convince me that the vehicle was making the sound when I brought it in. They told me that I needed new tires and new brakes, but never said anything about the engine sound and were more than happy to let me drive off the lot like that. When I turned around and went back in to ask about it they gave me a quote for an additional $1200+ The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. We have been loyal customers of theirs for 5+ years - but will be taking our business elsewhere going forward. More
