I purchased car with agreement of lifetime free oil changes. I was informed that new ownership has decided to not hold up to that agreement and charge would be $39.99. I decided against oil change, but since I had an appointment I decided to continue with NYS inspection. New breaks and tire needed for nearly $1000. I have taken the business elsewhere. I hope the $39.99 oil change price (which I did not have done) was important enough to push the $1000 and all future business (service and sales) was important enough. I have gone to Vision for a long time and I will be taking any and all future business elsewhere. To me, it's not about the $39.99, it's about the agreement that new ownership felt was not important. As a business person myself, one of the first things my first business coach told me was "the first person to make it about money loses". More
