Service manager was pathetic. Didn’t look at my truck when expected. I left my truck two overnights and it got an oil change. Second day was never looked at. I called at 5pm and was told due to shortage nothing further will be done with the truck pee my specific instructions the night before. I picked it up very irate with him. Not a happy customer who’s been buying vehicles from this dealership for over thirty years. More

Within the past 18-24 months the service department has gone downhill. Lack of communication, unable to get someone on the phone, and they don't return your calls. The people in the service department are very attentive when you’re there. I had to call and leave multiple messages to get an appointment which took 3 to 4 days. It took almost 3 hrs to mount and balance when you’re there. I had to call and leave multiple messages to get an appointment which took 3 to 4 days. It took almost 3 hrs to mount and balance tires on my truck and I need to brig it back to get rebalanced because the truck shakes over 65 MPH. The technician left grease all over my rims that I had to wipe off myself!! I’m pretty sure he knew the balance was off because he test drove the truck and I’ve never seen that done for tires before so I’m not sure why they gave it back to me unbalanced! It’s pretty inconvenient to have to return and have it redone!! More
