Johnny, the service rep was amazing. He was able to get me in for a long overdue oil change and, the truck needed tires and he was able to get that done too. There was a mishap in the sh He was able to get me in for a long overdue oil change and, the truck needed tires and he was able to get that done too. There was a mishap in the shop wherein the mechanic caused some accidental damage. Johnny made sure along with his manager that everything was taken care of and that I was properly compensated. They handled the situation well, I am a happy customer. More

Nobody there to answer the phone later in the day. Tried for over 45 minutes before I received a text message. Asked to have my tires balanced when I was having a tire rotation. It was not done. I’ve bought three cars there since 2009 and I’ve never paid for an oil change. I guess they changed the policy to no longer honor that even though the deal was already made. Tried to charge me $550 for a paid for an oil change. I guess they changed the policy to no longer honor that even though the deal was already made. Tried to charge me $550 for a headlamp that are competitor fixed for 350 and also tried to upsell me on brakes before the inspection that we just Replaced six months ago . Used to have a great relationship with the guys there now they’re all gone. And the service was not nearly as good. More
