This dealership need a new phone system. They have multiple numbers none of which anyone answers. Told to leave a message and you will be called back. This also did not happen. Go to their w They have multiple numbers none of which anyone answers. Told to leave a message and you will be called back. This also did not happen. Go to their website to schedule service and this also does not work. Web site advised that for oil changes you can come in without an appointment and be serviced within one hour. Stopped in and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. So I made an appointment for another day in person and had to come back. I live over a half hour away. More

The service writer argued with me about my extended warranty even though they had already done work under the warranty. He also argued with me about replacing both front bearings stating that only the warranty even though they had already done work under the warranty. He also argued with me about replacing both front bearings stating that only the left side needed to be replaced on a truck with 80K miles. More
