Unable to make an appointment for over a week because went right to voicemail left a message with my phone number to have it returned and was never returned. I’m impressed with how quickly they were able to service my jeep. It needed a new radiator and I was able to get it towed there and fixed within a couple days. My only complaint is it was hard to initially my jeep. It needed a new radiator and I was able to get it towed there and fixed within a couple days. Absolutely, terrible. You can't get your vehicle into service By calling, you literally have to fiscally Go down there and make an appointment. And when you finally get an appointment No one calls you to tell you the status of Your vehicle you literally have to drive back down there and check when you finally get there,no one knows why your vehicles there can't find the paperwork. It's an absolute s*** show. They don't answer their phones. Their customer service has gone down the drain. It's very disappointing !!! More

I had to call 15 times to get through to the service department because the phone line suck after I had the work done on my vehicle.
