I have purchased 3 Jeeps from Vision and the Service Dept. has always been very good. People are friendly, work is well done and turnaround time is very good. However, in approximately the past year the phone service at your dealership has become very frustrating and dissatisfying. No one answers the phone! I prefer to make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. To schedule an appointment I have called multiple times during the day and it just ends up going into voicemail. I have left a message, but no one calls back. This never used to be the case, maybe since change in ownership? Your new phone “service” is useless. When someone buys a vehicle from you, the long term relationship is with your service department. Not being able to reach someone by phone is a factor taken into consideration when I consider purchasing a new vehicle. Please get someone to answer the phone!! More

Phone system broken requiring drive to schedule work took 2 days instead of 1. Service advisor didn’t start work that was specifically requested at drop off until end of day 1. I need my car looked at because my air conditioner wasn’t working and heater-. Had an appointment for it on Saturday, July 13 told them I worked nights they said they would call me by 1230 on Saturday to let working and heater-. Had an appointment for it on Saturday, July 13 told them I worked nights they said they would call me by 1230 on Saturday to let me know what was going on with my chief They called at 2:30 in the afternoon and I was sleeping and of course Sunday they were closed. I get all these phone calls Monday morning regarding the jeep.. Come to find out I needed a new air compressor, which is fine. They gave me a price they had to order. It never called me to let me know on Monday. What was going on then I called them.. they said the The part would be in on Monday, Tuesday, the latest and the car will be done on Tuesday, July 16. After calling and calling on Tuesday, no response Wednesday oh yes, it’ll be done. Still not done on Wednesday and no call from them Thursday. They promised it would be done by 4 o’clock. I had to work. It wasn’t done till 430. Horrible communication.. You need to go back to your old employees. This rebuilding of your company is terrible. It sucks. I will find somewhere else to go..
