I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and nys inspection. When I called 3 days later to check on my car, they couldn't find it in their system. And none of the work was completed once they fi nys inspection. When I called 3 days later to check on my car, they couldn't find it in their system. And none of the work was completed once they finally found it. They completed all of those things by the following day, but told me my car failed inspection due to my rear breaks needing to be replaced. They said my rotors were rusted and my break pads were won down completely. I did not notice any issue with breaking or noise prior to bring in my 2022 car with 11,000 miles on it. I said there is no way I need breaks but they refused to pass the car. So I picked it up and took it to another place. They looked over my car, did the inspection and said everything is perfect, you don't need breaks. Stop scamming people out of their money. This vision dealerships service department is unprofessional and incompetent. I will be reporting this to the BBB. More

My reason for the good rating is not because of the in-person customer service I received. Every person I interacted with at the dealership was amazing and super helpful! What affected the rating is that I called the service department 4 days in a row unanswered, and I left two voicemails but could not get anyone to call me back. There was a problem with the website appointment scheduler, and I could not get in touch with anyone to help me. I had to call the sales department to get anyone to answer. It should not be that hard to contact the service department just to schedule an oil change. I have worked in retail for 22 years and I know what it means to treat a customer well. If you are having issues with your website or phone lines not being answered, put a communication out on the website or recording on the phone that lets people know that. It all comes down to good communication. It’s not the best feeling as a customer when you hear “it can be impossible to get in touch with us” from employees. With that being said, I very much appreciate Brad who called me back and gave me his direct line, he was very thorough and helpful! He is the reason I continued working with this service department, so thank you! More
The guys at the front are great, but the service department is terrible. They always try and find ways to get money out of me- even though I have a lease and everything is covered under warranty. After going to a different dealer and not getting the problem with my check engine light resolved. The guys at vision got me in and out quickly and the problem corrected the 1st time in! The professionalism was incredible and Frank did a tremendous job dealing with the service advisory and Jim was tremendous as well when coming in to drop off truck. Any other issues with my Ram going foward if there were any to happen, I will be visiting Vision again! More

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. But, I was there for an oil change and inspection, it took 3 hours! I questioned after 2.5 hrs and was told that they didn't have their express worke But, I was there for an oil change and inspection, it took 3 hours! I questioned after 2.5 hrs and was told that they didn't have their express workers there so it was taking longer. When I got my car back the computer screen was not programmed back to what it came to them with and it was difficult for me to reprogram. I would think that after 3 hrs I should have been able to get in and just drive home. I'm hoping this was just an off day because everyone was so nice. More
