There was a problem with damage being done while the truck was in for repair. The old management ran me in circles. I took my truck to another shop and was preparing to sue. Getting through to the service department was absolutely horrible, everything goes to scheduling. Once I was able to speak to Johnny everything was fine. Nobody ever calls me or communicates. They just leave me without a car for days or weeks. Also, the phone number for the service area just goes to voicemail. Of course nobody calls back.
