The people in the service department are very attentive when you’re there. I had to call and leave multiple messages to get an appointment which took 3 to 4 days. It took almost 3 hrs to mount and balance when you’re there. I had to call and leave multiple messages to get an appointment which took 3 to 4 days. It took almost 3 hrs to mount and balance tires on my truck and I need to brig it back to get rebalanced because the truck shakes over 65 MPH. The technician left grease all over my rims that I had to wipe off myself!! I’m pretty sure he knew the balance was off because he test drove the truck and I’ve never seen that done for tires before so I’m not sure why they gave it back to me unbalanced! It’s pretty inconvenient to have to return and have it redone!! More

Honestly, I was a beat away from trading my car in and starting over with another one. There was a deep hum in my jeep that no one could figure out. I brought my jeep in for a Service Start/Stop alert, bu starting over with another one. There was a deep hum in my jeep that no one could figure out. I brought my jeep in for a Service Start/Stop alert, but was informed there were software updates and a part had to be replaced. It was a long process (spanned over a holiday and a few weekends) but honestly I feel like I have a new car now. Thank you!! More
