Andy is rude and condescending. Diagnosed my vehicle before even getting my approval. Then informed me I have to pay the fee or my car wouldn’t be released. I was quoted “a couple hundred dollars” to get a new replacement key fob and they charged me 515 $… Yes that’s right 515 $ just for a new key fob to be able to start and unlock the car remotely.
