Delay in getting approval from Chrysler for warranty. Was without a vehicle for a full week and no rental available. Failed to get return calls with updates. Dan is amazing and very positive and friendly. Larry is passive aggressive and talks down to customers. It caused me a lot of anxiety walking in to the service department.
