I had multiple phone calls to sales people and requested from the first call that they send me the Carfax history of this vehicle instead of simply describing it as "clean". No one ever did that and when I finally reached someone (namely Ashley Pierce) who actually did call me back, the vehicle was already in the process of sale to another customer. I don't have any hard feelings against the dealership and am glad they found a customer and hope that customer is satisfied with the purchase, but if you are in the business of selling cars, it behooves you to follow all the leads. If I wasn't seriously interested, I would not have called back 5 times! More
The people in the service dept are fantastic but not crazy about the change in ownership and how that has impacted my service. And I was told when I scheduled it that I'd get a loaner but now I'm hearing the new owners won't honor that. If that's how they run their business I'll probably take my business elsewhere in the future. More

They are completely disorganized and there was no continuity of staff. From scheduling a test drive to picking up the car I worked with 4 different people. When I scheduled a test drive, neither car I wanted to see were even there!! 2 weeks later the car I originally wanted to see was returned from being on loan and wasn't even cleaned before my scheduled appointment. Ultimately I bought a more expensive new car. At pickup, none of the paperwork was ready and i had to wait while it was prepared. Additionally, i was given the wrong amount due and overpaid with a bank check. I fid get a refund check but its just a testament to how disorganized this place was. Another example is that the sales person could only find one of the keys to the car. I had to go on my own time and have a new one made. The sales person never went over the features of the car with me at pick up. I was handed the one key and left to figure it out on my own. I had to contact the salesperson twice to follow up on the registration after transferring plates from my prior vehicle. It took about 3 weeks before the plates were registered to the new car through the DMV. The whole experience dealing with Vision totally soured the joy of purchasing a new car. I won't be buying any cars from this place ever again or dealing with them for any service needs. More

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at this dealership but the coupons couldn't be redeemed because the extra $40 total was a huge deal. More
