I was forced to take a tire repair that three tire dealers told me was outside the margin of safety due to location. Instead of giving me $182 in credit based on my road hazard coverage I was given a dealers told me was outside the margin of safety due to location. Instead of giving me $182 in credit based on my road hazard coverage I was given a repair. This is why I am now working with another dealer on my new truck. My safety is of no concern to Vision. More

I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation and waited for the vehicle to be completed at the dealership. It took over an hour and a half to complete and on top of that they damaged each rim. I lef waited for the vehicle to be completed at the dealership. It took over an hour and a half to complete and on top of that they damaged each rim.
