I recently traveled 800 miles from Wisconsin to Rochester for my daughter's graduation with my 80 year old mother. My TPM sensor failed 60 miles from Rochester. I have known about Vision since last fall when my daughter had a great service experience with her Jeep. She had worked with Larry so I did likewise. Larry was able to accommodate me and replaced the faulty sensor in under an hour, on a Friday afternoon no less. Fantastic customer service. You can absolutely trust Larry and Vision. More

It took me nearly 2 years to get a lane sensor camera fixed on my Jeep from the first time I brought it in for service. I had multiple attempts where the part needed wasn't available, but we didn't find fixed on my Jeep from the first time I brought it in for service. I had multiple attempts where the part needed wasn't available, but we didn't find this out until I was sitting in the dealership waiting for them to fix it. And another attempt where they "didn't have time" to fix it, again after I had made an appointment and was sitting in the waiting room. This last attempt, they actually were able to fix the camera (huzzah!), but on drop off they made me wait *2.5 hours* for a loaner vehicle that was booked when I made the appointment a month earlier. I tried to call and confirm the appointment (and the loaner) the day before, but no one answered the phone or returned my message. A few years ago, I had another new truck I purchased there in for routine service and when I went to pick it up, the front seat was full of snow because someone had left the window rolled down overnight. Just a complete comedy of a service department who has wasted countless hours of my time. I don't know why I have kept going back. More
