Shannon (General Sales Manager), Aaron (Finance Manager), and Nate (Salesman) were all exceptionally friendly and easy to work with. This was the first car buying experience that I went into the dealership s and Nate (Salesman) were all exceptionally friendly and easy to work with. This was the first car buying experience that I went into the dealership smiling because I knew we had a fair deal arranged! When damage was found on the new van tailgate, they immediately offered to take care of it and offer to make my inconvenience worth my while (I’m from Buffalo so the extra visit isn’t easy). I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to check these guys out!!! More

Repair estimate provided was double the book price. Stated they submitted claim to Dodge but did not. Had to tow vehicle to another dealer that gave the book repair estimate which was half of Vision’s Stated they submitted claim to Dodge but did not. Will never go to Vision Dodge ever again. More
