Misleading letters I recently received a letter that I was qualified for a pull ahead lease termination to be put into the newest vehicle of the ram trucks.when I stoppe I recently received a letter that I was qualified for a pull ahead lease termination to be put into the newest vehicle of the ram trucks.when I stopped in I inquired about it and was told its to soon to terminate my lease and the letter also stated it would lower my payment long story short none of it was true even though they stated on the letter my current truck and payment addressed specifically for me. I have 3 leased vehicles that I did through vision I am very disappointed in the dishonesty and pretty sure I wont give them the time of day when my leases are up . if they really want to save a customer they will try to make it right. ggrasby@yahoo.com More

Lack luster I have used Vision Jeep for several years now because they do all of the recall work on my older jeep. Lately, almost every time that I have had the vehicle in to them, I need to take it back a second time to have it re-done. I am wondering if the mechanics are rushed or don't have the time to do a good job. I also feel that they are over priced compared to other shops. The counter staff is fairly friendly, the courtesy drivers are great. I just think they do shoddy work behind the scenes. Look around for another place to take your vehicle if you can. More

After purchasing a vehicle from them last spring, I had a piece literally fall off the back suspension this week, they refused too fix it even though I have owned the truck for less than 6 months. It was conveniently not covered under the two warranty's I purchased either. I'm so disappointed since prior to buying I was reassured they wanted my repeat business and for me to tell everyone about my experience there. So I will; I now feel unsafe in a vehicle I spent close to 20K on, I feel lied to, and I feel like they only said what they needed to to make a sale. I guess your word means little these days.
