I went there to purchase a new vehicle. Very nervous , when I got there I immediately felt at ease. The sales person made me feel comfortable explained everything to me. After purchasing the car went for my service (oil change etc) after about three months, wanted to make sure everything was ok !!! The owner actually came and talk to me ,but I really don't have any further worries it's been two years now and the service department takes excellent care of my car, I really feel special there. I think his name is Rick ,but any one that you see there I personally know they would be happy to help and or explain !!! GIVE THEM A CHANCE YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!! V.B More
Our Buick was brought in NYS Inspection, oil change/lube and a problem with the windshield washer pump. We also asked about the wear on the front tires. The inspection was covered by the dealership preferr and a problem with the windshield washer pump. We also asked about the wear on the front tires. They were as usual, courteous and professional. A ride home was available while the work was being done. It was a good experience. More

I had a problem on my 2010 Terrain loosing blue tooth connection from my cell phone. Waited 70 minutes until they had a tech that knew about blue tooth that was available. Took 10 minutes to determine that they was nothing that was wrong with the car and that it might be my cell phone that was the problem. They suggested that I should get another cell phone to prove that it wasn't the car. I guess since I don't have another phone that I could use for a couple of months I will just have to reprogram my cell phone to the cars blue tooth every time I loose connection. More

I actually went there for a lease return on my wife's car. I was not intent on buying a new vehicle for myself. I had already leased a new vehicle for my wife, and I was going to wait a year for my vehicle. But as I was completeing the papers with my wife on the car return, I noticed an new Envoy brochure. As I was leafing through it, I became interested in a particular color. I asked Dimitriy if there were any such Envoys with the particular color on the lot. He said yes. My wife and I saw it and we asked for pricing. There happened to be incentives and dealership discounts, and I get employee discounts as well. It turned out the price was excellent for that vehicle. It was new, the right color and the right features. I said I'll buy it and I did. Dimitriy did a follow up phone call to check on how I liked the vehicle after a week or so. When ever I go to have routine service performed on my vehilce, I walk through the show room just to see what's there. Dimitriy is still as pleasant as ever and asks me how my car is doing and if I am still satisfied. as a foot note, I think the Service department is excellent as well. They treat me as a special customer. Thery are always polite, they explain the work, give me an estimate of time required, ask If I need the shuttle services. Their estimates a pretty much right on, and they do excellent work. More
