I dropped off my vehicle the night before service was scheduled. I had an appointment for early in the morning. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle after work it was not completed. I had my wife and 1 scheduled. I had an appointment for early in the morning. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle after work it was not completed. I had my wife and 1 year old son in the car and could not wait for the service to be complete. I then had to come back the following morning to get my vehicle. It was very inconvenient and disruptive to my weekend. I had a scheduled appointment for an early time slot and told the service writer what time I needed to pick up and my vehicle still was not ready when it should have been. More

The people in the service department were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I believe that they are trustworthy. No one likes to have to have their car serviced but if you are being treated hon professional and knowledgeable. I believe that they are trustworthy.
