Have had Hastings service this car (2004 Envoy) since new. Now has 122,000 miles and still runs and rides like it did when it was new. I had taken my Saturn Aura to another dealer for routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check for the source of a noise I was hearing from under the front end- the problem was diagnosed as a oil change and tire rotation. When I found that this was covered under my warranty and I would need to take it to a GM dealer for the work, I chose Hastings. Jim was very pleasant to work with and fit me in for the necessary repair as soon as possible. I wasmade to feel very welcome and I like the Preferred Owner Rewards program. More

Brought car in for oil & lub;also for state inspection. Service Dept. also located a nail in one of the tires which I was unaware of. Repaired tire at that time.
