The Hastings service staff members are helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. I also spoke briefly with a couple of sales staff while looking at new cars and they were helpful and informat friendly, welcoming, and professional. The work on my car was carried out just as requested, at the prices quoted, and done in a very timely manner. Although today I stayed in the waiting room while routine service was performed on my car, I have taken the shuttle on previous occasions. The shuttle service is an excellent option. I went there to buy a new 2011 buick enclave with MSRP 49470 according to buick web site. I called the day before and told them about a trade in (2002 lexus rx 300 with 103000 miles- excellent condition). 49470 according to buick web site. They gave me an out the door price of 39800( considering a value of 9500 for my lexus). The nextday I went there talked to the manager.He did not have any manners, rude and condescending,no courtsey, he told me he is a business man.He came and saw my car , and went back and talked to some one over the phone about my trade in.He was telling them how excellent my lexus is... Then he came back and told me that he cannot sell me the car. He told me my lexus is dirty, there is so many out there, not wanting by anyone.His price for my tradein was 6500. He did not offer me a price he will sell the car for. Then I came back asked him to forget about the trade in...and give me aprice for the car to buy. He gave me a price fo 50350.Once again very rude...saying that he only has 4 buick left for 2011 and he has 163 2012 buick in the lot. I sold my lexus for 10300 dollars on ebay. I brought a 2012 buick enclave with all features for 49850 on the road..... if you care about your money...avoid this dealership More
After shopping for several weeks at local dealerships for the perfect vehicle I finally arrived at Bob Hastings in Penfield and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Salesman Antwon Ragland. Antwon was p the perfect vehicle I finally arrived at Bob Hastings in Penfield and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Salesman Antwon Ragland. Antwon was professional, genuine and patient as I explained all the things I didn't like about the previous cars I had test driven at other dealerships. He reassured me that he had the perfect vehicle that would meet all my needs, save on gas mileage and have increased safety features. The minute I test drove the GMC Acadia Antwon selected for me I knew it was the one but I had some negotiating to do. Again he went to work for me and got me the best possible trade in for my vehicle making the deal impossible to walk away from. Needless to say I love my new car and I continue to be impressed by Antwon's attention to customer service. I will be referring my friends and family. More
