I am so disappointed that the terms of sale were not presented to you in a clear fashion. After speaking with you personally the day that you visited, I thought I had made it clear that the selling price we quoted you did not change, but that when you take a trade-in vehicle out of the equation, you must pay sales tax on the full selling price of the vehicle. This increase in sales tax is what raised your "out the door" price, but never changed the selling price of the vehicle. At Bob Hastings Buick-GMC we pride ourselves on making the car-buying experience easy and hassle-free, with competitive up-front prices, and a commitment to complete customer satisfaction. Obviously, this was not your experience with our Dealership. I have reviewed your case with my sales staff in order to determine areas that we might improve our communications to our customers.
