My experience with this dealer was much less than optimal. From the time the deal was signed on a new $50k truck, we were treated like we were not worth their time. All communications were via text m optimal. From the time the deal was signed on a new $50k truck, we were treated like we were not worth their time. All communications were via text message and sporadic which significantly delayed the delivery process. Delivery took almost a week and would have taken longer if I did not make additional trips to the dealer to push the process forward. Upon finally taking delivery, less than two minutes was taken by the sales person to execute the delivery. Paperwork was signed and we were handed the keys and was pointed to the vehicle in front of the dealership. After taking the vehicle home we discovered several troubling issues with the new vehicle . 1) the roof of the vehicle was filthy. It had never been washed. It was in the same condition that it came off the transporter. It could not be seen due to the height of the vehicle without stepping on the running board. I had to reach the entire vehicle. 2) The dealership installed running boards literally fell off the truck in my driveway. Upon stepping on the passenger running board, the running board and associated hardware fell off onto the driveway, it was never tighten down. All bolts on both sides were less than finger tight. I hade to reinstall the passenger running boards literally and tight down the driver side. 3) we found out there were major issues with the paint. There was some contamination in the driver’s side quarter panel under the clear coat. Possibly hydraulic fluid from one of the robots. About the size of a dime. Also there was paint chipped off the leading edges of both doors that obviously occurred during the assembly process. 4) As a result, almost 45-50% of the entire truck needed to be repainted. That process took almost 16 days in total to get scheduled and taken care of. We ended making the first payment on the vehicle before we even had the vehicle. 5) upon finally getting the vehicle back, it was immediately noticeable that the while paint color matched correctly, the new paint lacked the metallic flake that was in the factory paint. Likewise, the “Orange peel” on the new painted sections exceeded what you receive from the factory. While not every issue was specially the dealers fault, the way the entire process went down and the eventual vehicle we received we are not pleased with. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
