The same dealership replaced our 'turbo' less than one month ago. The same issue occurred again with the message reading ' decreased power to the engine' so we brought the car back. It may be a bulletin from GMC issue or it could cost us $1000+ when we just paid $4500. Getting a straight answer from this place is impossible. Also, the first time I brought my car there to be fixed and it was a turbo issue, I asked specifically 'how much is this going to cost'...and I was told '$4,000.' When we picked up the car, our bill was $4,500. It's shady to tell a customer one amount and then charge $500 more. What do you think I want to know when I ask 'how much will this cost?' As you provided a random amount that means nothing to anyone. What if I could not afford the additional $500???? You'd keep my car? Shady...it's the best word to describe your actions. More
Definitely a lack of communication when I brought my vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They charged her for it, and never actually did the oil change and her car keeps indicating that it is low on oil. When she called she got an attitude and they said that they just forgot to reset the oil life meter? It still says that she needs oil. Not very happy. Used to absolutely trust this service department but since the change nothing is the same. Very disappointed. and not sure we will be releasing our next vehicles now. Rona DeMino and Ava DeMino More
