This was the worst service I have received anywhere. My truck was only 5 months old. I received a coupon in the mail for the first maintenance service for free. I gave the coupon to the service rep when I dropped the vehicle off so they would know what was expected. They were supposed to change the oil and filter, rotate the tires, top off the DEF and do the 12 point safety inspection. They rotated the tires but did not reset the TPMS so I had to do that myself. Fortunately, I own the tool to do that. They supposedly changed the oil and filter but they did not reset the oil life indicator, I had to do that also. They did not add any DEF to the truck. I had to buy some and add it myself. I guess I should have checked all this stuff before I left the dealership but I thought I could trust them to do the work that they were supposed to do. I've learned my lesson and I don't think I'll be back to Vision for service work. More

2 Car still has all of its problems. Dealership can not get the parts or even a reasonable promise of parts to fix the two seat related problems.
