Car was not cleaned. Not good for customer relations. Dealership never contacted me to ask how the work was done and to make it right. I don’t have time for other people’s stupid miscommunications and unwillingness to correct their mistakes. Thanks Frank . Was told by Mike B that collision would take care of all other issues with paint and Frank didn’t even want to listen to me saying it wasn’t on his work order. Why would anyone go back to have any more work done by him. Totally unacceptable but that was my choice to buy a car from Vision again. There was no customer care here. More

It was very crowded the day of my appointment but they got me done pretty quick. I was there about an hour and a half for my inspection. All I can say is the last experience I had with your dealership was less than good. From your sales department.
