We discussed the features and selected a model. We had a miscommunication concerning functionality and the dealership, which includes ALL departments, went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND to make selection right. Where other dealerships would have said sorry it was a done deal, Village Point Toyota stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. Past experiences at the Lincoln location, I would feel pressured and manipulated and unhappy with the end result. Mike made our experience the polar opposite. He was understanding and did not push us to make any decisions. At the end of the day, he presented the different options and let us decide what was best for us. He was able to get our monthly payment down to something that was reasonable and affordable for us.
