We have had a horrible experience with this dealership. We bought a certified pre-owned 2016 toyota highlander with 30,000 miles on it 1 year ago. Since then, the battery has been replaced by the dealershi We bought a certified pre-owned 2016 toyota highlander with 30,000 miles on it 1 year ago. Since then, the battery has been replaced by the dealership three times. It is driven on a daily basis, at least 10 miles a day, and it has been regularly not starting because the battery keeps dying. We brought it into the dealership multiple times, leaving it there for days at a time for them to find a cause for this, and each time they found nothing wrong with it. They proceeded to tell us that this is just a normal thing that will keep happening with our car because supposedly we are not driving it a far enough distance on a daily basis to give the battery enough time to charge. They said that the only resolution is for us to purchase a trickle charger for it and plug our vehicle in daily. THIS IS NOT A NORMAL THING THAT SHOULD BE HAPPENING. ESPECIALLY with a certified vehicle with such low miles and it being a newer vehicle that is driven on a daily basis! It is unfortunate because we love our highlander, but we need a vehicle that is reliable and that is definitely not what we have. We are beyond frustrated at this point and will never ever buy a vehicle from them again. Beware before trusting their “certified” vehicles. More

Peter was a great salesman I did have a few issues coming to this dealership, but they were all solved by the end of the purchase of my vehicle. At one point I did lose my cool I did have a few issues coming to this dealership, but they were all solved by the end of the purchase of my vehicle. At one point I did lose my cool with Peter, but he handled it very professionally, and I'm very glad he did because none of the problems I had were his doing.
