Cannot speak highly enough of Rusty, Martin, Kyle, and Village Point Toyota! Kyle got us hooked up with Rusty, then all we had to do was let Rusty know what we were looking for (which turns out is in shor Village Point Toyota! Seriously...all we had to do was tell Rusty what we were wanting, and sign the papers when they delivered the new one and picked up our trade in... could not have gone better in any way! Martin in the finance department did a great job contacting us and explaining all deals and options so there was a never any confusion as to what was going on. Before the delivery, Kyle also got everything tricked out, serviced, and the finishing touches upgrades from VP Customs to make our vehicle over the top! In 2018, my father purchased a new Toyota Camry from Village Pointe. A couple of months later, I purchased a new Camry from Village Pointe. Several months after me, my sister purchased a Toyota Corolla Village Pointe. A couple of months later, I purchased a new Camry from Village Pointe. Several months after me, my sister purchased a Toyota Corolla from Village Pointe. We all used the same sales consultant, and we all enjoyed an excellent car buying experience and great pricing/financing options. We also continue to receive excellent service from the Service Department for our vehicles. Since our experience was so positive the first time my wife and I went in to purchase a new vehicle from Village Pointe again, but this time we did not have the best experience. Our sales consultant was no longer there, and we both thought that maybe that was why our initial experience had been so good. We left the dealership, and later that day, I emailed Village Pointe Toyota about the experience we had. Within minutes after contacting them, Adam Westover, the General Sales Manager contacted me. He listened to me as I recounted what had happened, and he explained how he would make things better for us. He explained that whether or not we buy a vehicle from them, he wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. My wife and I decided to come back into Village Pointe. Adam, and our sales consultant, Donny, made sure that our experience was easily the best I've ever had at a car dealership. They provided amazing customer service. They were honest, transparent, friendly, answered all of our questions, anticipated and addressed any concerns we might have, explained the features of the vehicles we were interested in (ultimately my wife decided she wanted the RAV4), offered the best possible price and financing options, and also let us take the vehicle home and drive it for a day (minimum) before we finalized our decision. There was no pressure to buy. These guys were serious about making sure our experience was better and our vehicle purchase was exactly what we wanted. What meant a lot to me is that I wanted my wife to enjoy the same experience I had in 2018 buying my Camry from Village Pointe, and she definitely did. She was able to feel good about her purchase, get exactly what she wanted, get her questions answered, and have the time to make her decision. Another thing that Village Pointe did that was outstanding is that they made everything as convenient as possible for us so that we weren't sitting around the dealership for hours waiting. We both work and have three children at home, so this last one was important to us. For my family's vehicle needs, Village Pointe Toyota is our first and only stop. More

I came to village pointe Toyota almost a year ago looking at 4runners. It just didn’t work out at the time.
