Great Service Experience Debbie Henry is my service writer, and is probably one of the very best I have ever dealt with. Over the years I have owned more than 30 new cars, of Debbie Henry is my service writer, and is probably one of the very best I have ever dealt with. Over the years I have owned more than 30 new cars, of various makes, including Cadillac, Mercedes, Infiniti, Corvettes, and others. This current 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe is my latest, and with it, my second servicing experience at Village Cadillac, and with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, and understood that I'm very specific as to what I want done to my car, such as using a full synthetic oil, as opposed to a synthetic blend. I also really like the fact that on my first visit she introduced me to one of the "Tech's", a fellow named "Rich", who listened to what I had to say about how I maintain my cars, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. I was also impressed by the fact that it is an "open" shop, whereby the customer has the option of actually watching the tech perform the the service. Very impressive. Debbie also was very helpful in regard to my asking her some technical questions regarding my specific car. I have nothing but high praise for both Debbie, and the service department in general. I'LL BE BACK! More
