The mechanics are among the best I've seen and never have a problem with explaining anything the customer may ask about. I've never noticed any grease or dirt marks on the inside nor outside of my Cadillac after service was completed. The dealership is setup for the comfort of the waiting customer with coffee, TV, DVD and a quiet room for reading. The only dealership I go to. More
