2024 Camry with low profile tires that are cupped at 23,000 and can’t find any readon why. I have bought my last several cars from this dealership. I bought cars when it was as Bert Wolfe and then again when it was Ball. All the people there are always very kind and accommodating. They were getting me a black car and then came and told me that it sold. They wanted to work with me to get me what I wanted and I said that I would get a dark navy car. It was brought to Charleston from your Barboursville location. I was not thrilled about the runners but figured it’s fine. I did not like the hitch in the back and told them that I definitely did not want that. The response was as oh that’s no problem and the service department can take it off for you. I had an appointment on Tuesday, April 1 to remove the hitch. I was waiting for a bit and then the gentleman came and told me that there would be a huge hole and that a replacement bumper would cost $250. I was not happy to hear this and was upset that when I bought the car that I was not told that. I made him aware of that and I do understand that the dealership wants to sell cars however I do not have an extra $250 to replace the bumper. I told to take it off because I did y want it. I sat there for a bit and then the gentleman and another gentleman came and told me that it was going to cost $150 to remove the hitch. At that point I was angry and ready to leave. I will give the manager credit because he did come out and stop me from leaving to tell me that he would cover the cost of removing the bumper but I would still have to pay for the bumper. I do appreciate that they did not charge me for removing the hitch however I do have a hole and I’m not happy that I have to pay for a new bumper. I’ve learned my lesson and definitely know to have my guard up the next time I buy a car to not be so trusting. I’m disappointed with this experience. More
